For what purpose and legitimacy do we process your data?

Hotel Amalurra informs you that your data will be processed by the hotel, with the following purposes:

 

1.- Manage the reservation and contracted services.

Purpose To manage the reservation requested by the user, Amalurra must process the personal data provided through the data collection forms in the contracting process. In the event that in writing or by telephone request the user provides data related to their health in order to request specific services, Amalurra understands that said data is communicated expressly and voluntarily by the person, since there is no prior request from this information and will only be processed to manage the user’s request (for example, adapted rooms, specific food …)

Legitimation. This treatment will only be carried out if Amalurra has the consent of the user.

 

2.- Fulfillment of the accounting, legal, fiscal and administrative obligations.

Legitimation. This treatment is necessary for the execution of the contract.

 

3.- Submission by electronic means, of Information about the Promotions on Products and Services offered by the Amalurra hotel, which it has already contracted or has contracted with the hotel in the past and may be attractive to the user.

Purpose Personal data may be processed for the creation of profiles based on internal sources (navigation, historical and statistical data on the contracting of products or services) whose results allow you to send personalized communications about products and services offered by the Amalurra hotel that may be of interest of the user.

Purpose To manage the claims that the user may file in relation to the contracted services, Amalurra will receive the information related to the claim generated at the hotel in order to process the claim and offer an adequate solution to the person. If the claim is due to compensable damages suffered by the user, the Amalurra hotel will communicate this information to the insurance company hired by the entity in order to manage the claim suffered.

Legitimation. This treatment is necessary for the execution of the contract.

 

6.- Management of inquiries and other requests.

Purpose The Amalurra hotel will carry out those data processing that are necessary to attend to the queries or requests sent by the users through the contact forms on the WEB page or through the contact by chat or by phone.

Legitimation. Understood by the request for consultation or request expressed through the relevant means by the user.

 

7.- Online reputation monitoring.

Purpose The Amalurra hotel will be able to carry out checks on the evaluations that users make on websites such as TripAdvisor and similar, in order to take care of their online reputation and be able to make business decisions for the continuous improvement of their services, being able to contact in case of negative experiences with people to propose possible solutions.

Legitimation. Legitimate interest of the Amalurra hotel to take care of the reputation of its brand on the internet and to be able to satisfy claims and complaints published on pages such as those indicated.

 

8.- Judicial or administrative procedures.

Purpose Faced with possible judicial or administrative proceedings that may arise due to services offered or provided by the Amalurra hotel, it will process the information necessary to present the appropriate allegations or exercise the right of defense that it deems appropriate based on the events that occurred

Legitimation. This treatment is based on legal obligations established by the applicable regulations, Law 39/2015 regulating the Common Administrative Procedure, Law of Civil Procedure or Law of Criminal Procedure.

 

9.- Sending of quality surveys.

Purpose In order to evaluate the level of satisfaction of users with the contracted products or services, the Amalurra hotel will send quality surveys in order to obtain their opinion about them and thus be able to improve the provision of their services.
